Florida Training Services is seeking an experienced and motivated Carpentry Trades Instructor (Part-Time) to help prepare the next generation of skilled carpentry professionals. This position combines classroom instruction, hands-on technical training, and student mentorship to support apprentices pursuing rewarding careers in the construction industry.

The ideal candidate has strong carpentry industry experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for workforce development. Instructors will deliver NCCER curriculum, demonstrate industry best practices, evaluate student progress, and ensure all training meets safety and apprenticeship standards.

Working closely with employers, educational partners, and industry organizations, you’ll play an important role in strengthening Florida’s skilled workforce while helping students develop confidence, technical expertise, and job-ready skills.
