Apprenticeship Requirements Built Around Workforce Participation
Plumbing Apprenticeship pathways are designed for individuals working within the plumbing industry while completing structured apprenticeship training requirements.
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must work within the plumbing industry
- Must have a sponsoring employer or qualifying placement opportunity
- Must be physically capable of performing plumbing-related work
- Must be able to attend evening classes
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English for workplace and safety purposes
- Must complete classroom instruction and documented on-the-job training requirements
Additional Guidance:
Individuals with little or no plumbing experience may benefit from beginning with the Pre-Apprenticeship pathway before entering Registered Apprenticeship.
