Florida Training Services is excited to begin the new year by welcoming our new President, Matthew Mann!
Matt has been an integral part of the FTS family for more than two years, bringing with him over 30 years of experience in education, workforce development, and leadership. Throughout his time with FTS, he has played a key role in expanding apprenticeship opportunities across South Florida while building meaningful partnerships that help spread awareness about the value of skilled trades and apprenticeship training for youth and young adults.
Under Matt’s leadership and vision, Florida Training Services has continued to grow its impact within the community by connecting students, employers, and industry partners through high-quality workforce development programs. His dedication to education and passion for creating career pathways in the trades have already made a lasting impression on both our staff and sponsoring partners.
As we step into this exciting new chapter, the entire FTS team is proud to have such a strong advocate for education and workforce advancement leading the organization forward.
